Shocking news coming from a school in New York. According to a report from New York Daily, in December three kids in the fourth grade plotted to murder their elementary school teacher using antibacterial products, because she was yelling and was being mean.
The kids were planning to use hand sanitiser as their murder “weapon” right in the last days of school before the Christmas break.
The students were between nine and ten years old and are attending the Elba Elementary School from upstate New York located between Buffalo and Rochester. Apparently they had told other friends in school that they were thinking to kill they teacher by placing antibacterial products all around the class room, said the police report. They found out their teacher was allergic to sanitising products after she had banned them from bringing such products in the classroom, at the beginning of the year. This gave the children the idea to use it against her and poison her. Luckily their plan didn’t work as another student who knew about their murder thoughts told their parents whom after, went and told the school board all about it.
Youth police officials interviewed each child together with their parents and school officials representatives. There were not many obvious reasons for the dead wishes the kids had against their teacher. One of the students said that nobody in the class liked her as she yelled at them. The main reason the children want their teacher dead was because they considered her mean, told the Daily News, Chief Deputy Jerome Brewster of the Genesee County Sheriff’s.
Even so, deputy browser added that the authorities considered the plan to be just some children conversations, and haven’t charged any of the students with crimes as they never carried the plan. They also referred the problem to the school board who said that they are taking the treats against the teacher very seriously and measures will be taken.
Elba Central School District The Superintendent from Elba District School, Jerome Piwko said that the school’s rules are prohibiting them to make any comments regarding the incident, as the school has strict privacy policies. But the mentioned that no one was hurt and the situation is under control, and they will use the incident to properly educate children about appropriate behaviour.
