The Apple latest iteration of the iPhone, iPhone 6 and iPhone 6+ will be available in almost every major carrier in the US.
So, now that the iPhone 6 is available on all major carriers — which carrier offers the best deal? We will have to wait for some time for the information. The essential criterion was unlimited voice minutes, unlimited text messages and at least 4GB of data per month. With HSPA+ and LTE networks getting so fast most users prefer to use their smartphone as a mobile hotspot also, in the calculations this was also accounted.
The iPhone 6 will be released in the US on September 19th. The US is a key market for Apple and the keenest battle with its competitors will be fought here. The iPhone 6 pre-order date in the United States is September 12th. However it has not clarified that the devices will go on sale from midnight. Apple is offering free shipping on all orders over $50 which means those that pre-order the iPhone 6 will get free shipping with their purchase. The preorders will be arriving on release date and not before so we can expect them on September 19.
For those who did not pre-order, they can get it at an Apple store from 8AM on September 19th. Already long queues are forming at Apple stores
AT&T iPhone 6
It is confirmed that iPhone 6 will feature in the inventory of AT&T. AT&T has not confirmed if its stores will offer the iPhone 6 on its release date. Apple has said that both iPhone 6 and the iPhone 6 Plus will be available through AT&T. However it is not forthright in giving a firm answer of whether the device will feature in AT&T inventory on September 12th
Sprint iPhone 6
Sprint will also offer iPhone 6 and iPhone 6+ and it is also touted to offer a September 12th pre-order ahead of its September 19th release date. Sprint is the only U.S. carrier that still offers Unlimited Data. It is expected that Sprint would deliver key details like pre-order time and release time in the days leading up to the pre-order and the release date.
T-Mobile iPhone 6
T-Mobile will also offer iPhone 6 and iPhone 6+ and it is also touted to offer a September 12th pre-order ahead of its September 19th release date. T-Mobile hasn’t confirmed any of its retail details though we expect it to be far scarcer than the other models. Many retailers including Best Buy and Target don’t sell T-Mobile phones so expect the T-Mobile iPhone 6 to be a little harder to find come September 19th.
U.S. Cellular iPhone 6
Last year, the nation’s fifth largest carrier released the iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c several weeks after its competitors. This year, U.S. Cellular will release the iPhone 6 on September 19th, same as its top rivals.
U.S. Cellular today announced it will offer iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus, the biggest advancements in iPhone history, beginning Sept. 19. It has however not confirmed a September 12th pre-order though with a release that’s now confirmed for the first iPhone 6 release day,
Verizon iPhone 6
Verizon will also offer iPhone 6 and iPhone 6+ and it is also touted to offer a September 12th pre-order ahead of its September 19th release date. Verizon has already started taking names for the iPhone 6. Verizon notes that the iPhone 6 pre-order is “coming soon”
Apple’s Verizon iPhone 6 is on its way and its clear, thanks to Verizon and Apple, that it will be going up for pre-order on September 12th, which falls in line with Apple’s September 12th pre-order date.
