Israel’s military official has made a statement according to which Israel has spent over $2.5 billion for the 50 days of war between Israel and Hamas ruled Gaza.
Press TV reports, Moshe Yaalon, the military affairs minister on Tuesday said that Israel has spent over nine billion shekels for the bombardment which is $2.5 billion.
Moshe Yaalon said, ”Over 6,000 places were attacked, including “more than 5,000 by the air force, about 900 from land and sea.”
The minister also said the Iron Dome which was used to prevent the attack of hundreds of missiles fired by Hamas costs Tel Aviv $100,000.
