The serious issues surrounding Ebola and its negative effects on West Africa as well as its risks at a global level have made the U.S government consider new measures meant to keep the situation under control.
The U.S. military has thus started considering isolation for soldiers coming back from their mission in areas where Ebola is already a proven fact. Their response mission in West Africa has transformed them into subjects for isolation due to the increasing fear of virus spread around the world.
The isolation of the U.S. troops is not the only measure that has been taken against the virus invasion and with the main purpose of damage as well as risk control.
Australia is also a nation who has considered necessary to take its own measures against the virus and the risks brought by it in the world. Australia has thus imposed a Visa ban on countries that are officially known to have been affected by the virus due to the wide anxiety that has been created surrounding the risks of Ebola spreading around the world.
The fear spreads as fast as the virus is said to be capable of spreading which means that more countries will certainly take their own measures from this point of view in the near future as well.
The latest measures that have been taken are considered mandatory for diminishing the spreading risks to a minimum, as it was officially declared by the top health representative in charge of dealing with Washington’s reaction to the virus.
Not only soldiers but also doctors and nurses coming back from their travels to West Africa have been submitted to mandatory imposed quarantine. Their situation cannot be an easy one and there are definitely not many people who would risk their lives to try and tackle the feared Ebola virus and face quarantine when they want to get back home.
The reasons for this are also more than obvious and what we can say it that the situation seems to get more and more tragic as the days go by and as the fear increases around the world.
