Choosing a mobile company that provides services that work for you and your needs can be a real challenge. In the United States, there are plenty of mobile phone carriers but not all can fit one’s demands, especially when it comes to prepaid plans.
Most of the big mobile carriers in the United States have adopted the family plans with shared data which turned out to be very popular among customers.
Virgin Mobile is looking to release similar offers to their users, by being the first mobile carrier company offering this type of plan to prepaid users. The company has just launched a new offer that allows customers to share LTE data.
The new Virgin Mobile prepaid plans will be in partnership with Walmart and will let users share data without being hocked on a contract for two years.
For the beginning there are two types of offers available. All the offers include unlimited texts and talk, the difference stands in the GB of LTE data. The $65 per month, package offers 4GB of LTE data, for two users and those needing more data, can choose the package of $85 a month, for three mobile customers containing 8GB of LTE data. There is also an offer for four users which contains 12GB of LTE data for a cost of $115 a month. When customers would have totally used all the data in the plan, their speed would go down to 2G or EDGE.
The new data share offer, comes with smartphone offers as well, but the offer is not that broad.
Starting from the cheapest up, the LG Tribute can be bought with $79.88 and is followed by HTC Desire 510 at $99.88. Further on, there is the Galaxy Core Prime, which sells for $129.88 and most expensive would be LG Volt selling for $149.88.
For an extra cost of $5 a month, mobile users can have access to some apps like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or Pandora without using their general data usage.
The new prepaid plans of Virgin Mobile are available only trough Walmart and certain stores. The ones interested in the new offer should visit their local Wally World and get information on what’s available and decide what fits them best.
